The CDO Program shares a philosophy with the Shawnee Presbyterian Preschool which states that all children are entitled to high-quality social, spiritual, emotional, physical and intellectual care.  These components of early education are the stepping stones to the enthusiastic, self-confident, inquisitive child and ultimately, to the productive adult who will influence our future.
